Shipping policy
We ship from Wellington, New Zealand.
Order Processing:

We process all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
📦 Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary courier shipping to all NZ addresses.
Delivery Time Frames:

Order Status:
- Upon dispatch, you will receive an email (or text) with a tracking number.
- We primarily use NZ Post’s courier services for fast and reliable delivery.
- If you have a preference for another local service, please inform us at the time of your order.
Tracking Courier Packages:
- Check your automated email for tracking information.
- If needed, contact the courier directly for faster issue resolution.
Missing Parcels:
Unfortunately, sometimes things do go missing (even with couriers!) Should you find that this has happened, or you believe it's happening, simply email us your order number and any other necessary details, and we will immediately follow this up for you.
- If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, email us at info@colic.co.nz with your name and order number.
Signature Options:

Our default delivery option does not require a signature to ensure quick delivery.
- If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please specify "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in your delivery instructions.
- Signature required means you must be home to sign for your package or arrange redelivery with the courier.
For those concerned about theft, please request "SIGNATURE REQUIRED.”

Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delays or failures in our performance obligations under a contract due to Force Majeure Events, which are beyond our reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to, terrorist attacks, fires, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, or the unavailability of public or private transport and telecommunications networks—or even the threat of any of these occurrences.
During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under any contract are temporarily suspended. We will extend the timeline for fulfilling our duties until the event concludes. We are committed to using all reasonable efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event quickly or to find alternative ways to meet our contractual obligations despite the circumstances.
