Refund policy
At Colic Calm NZ, we understand that life can get hectic, especially when you have a new baby. While we hope you'll be completely satisfied with your order, we're here to provide you with peace of mind in case you're not.
Return, Refund, and Exchange:
- You can return Products to us within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Please note that open products cannot be returned due to Medicine Council regulations.
How to Proceed:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the items to explain the issue, and we'll guide you on the return process.
- Items must be posted back to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Ensure returned items are unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping Your Return:
- For your peace of mind, send returns with tracking as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. (We are located in Wellington, New Zealand)
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the Product's price, excluding the original delivery charges.
- We typically refund using the same method you used for your purchase.
Incorrect Goods:
- If you receive incorrect goods, let us know within 7 days of receipt.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping replacements to you.
Refund Timing:
- After we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
